What care
can involve.
Treatment is what follows a diagnosis — not what precedes one. Everything here is offered under consultant oversight, and only where assessment supports it.
Which of these applies to you is decided after assessment, never before it.
Assessment first.
Always.
A treatment list is not a menu. Which intervention suits you depends on what is actually causing the problem, and that is established before anything is recommended.
If we cannot explain why a treatment is right for you, we do not offer it.

The right treatment is the one your assessment points to — not the one that happens to be popular.
Broadly, four
kinds of treatment.
Most plans draw on more than one. Which combination suits you is a clinical judgement, made case by case.
- Assessment and diagnosis Consultation, examination, imaging and laboratory investigation. Everything else follows from this.
- Medical management Prescribed treatment, hormonal or otherwise, with the reasoning and review schedule explained before starting.
- Procedural and surgical Performed where there is a clear indication, with realistic expectations set before you agree to anything.
- Regenerative and preventive Supporting the body’s own repair, and acting early where evidence supports doing so.
What we
will not do.
A clinic is defined as much by what it declines as by what it offers. These are commitments, not disclaimers.
- Treat without assessing No treatment is provided on request alone, however routine it seems.
- Promise a specific outcome We explain what is likely, what is possible and what is not.
- Recommend what you do not need Declining to treat is a legitimate and common outcome of a consultation.
- Rush a decision There is no pressure to proceed on the day, and no time-limited offers.
Before
you book.
If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp and a coordinator will answer it.
Can I book a specific treatment directly?
You can book a consultation about it. Whether that treatment is appropriate for you is decided by a consultant after assessment, not at the point of booking.
How much does treatment cost?
It depends entirely on what you need, which is why we do not publish a price list. You receive clear costs in writing before agreeing to anything, with no obligation to proceed.
What if I am not sure which specialty I need?
That is common, and it is our job rather than yours. Describe what you are experiencing and a coordinator will direct you correctly before you book.
Will you tell me if I do not need treatment?
Yes. Declining to treat is a legitimate outcome of a consultation, and we say so plainly when that is our view.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book a consultation with any specialty at Lavora directly.
Do you accept insurance?
Coverage varies by insurer, plan and service. Contact us with your details and we will confirm eligibility before your appointment.
