Do you accept insurance?
Some services are covered by some providers and some are not, and it depends on your policy rather than on us. Tell your coordinator who you are insured with when you book and they will tell you where you stand before your appointment, not after it.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with any of our six specialties. If you are not sure which one you need, a coordinator will direct you.
What does a consultation cost?
Consultation fees vary by specialty and by consultant. The fee is confirmed when you book, so there is no uncertainty on the day.
Will I be charged for investigations I did not agree to?
No. Any investigation is explained and its cost confirmed before it is arranged. Nothing is treated or tested on a first visit without discussion.
